Stayed on the coast for most of the day today and I'm now very accustomed to riding the rough roads through Vietnam after 21 days of cycling ( in the saddle ) and after 1,580Kms my body doesn't seem to ache as much and recovers faster than it did at the beginning of TLRH.

Today a few images of a few happy and friendly Vietnamese folks ( coastal region people ) and the coast and rivers heading toward Phu My after my rest day in Sa Huynh yesterday.
I will continue to hug the coast and villages for the next 10 days of riding before I hit the town of Long Hai. The Long Hai mountains and to the West I get back into familiar territory which will prompt a few memories of when I operated there as a very young SAS trooper 45 years ago. I think I will ride into Vung Tau and Nui Dat ( location of the Australian Task Force during that time ) to the tune of " Leaving on a jet plane "
